North America Shipping Information
At Tayboo Boutique, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policies for North American customers:
- Shipping Locations: We currently offer free local delivery in Ottawa, and shipping across North America, including Canada and the United States.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will vary based on the weight of your order and your location. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Please note that custom or personalized items may take additional time to prepare.
- Delivery Times:
VAT, Taxes & Customs
- For customers in Canada, sales tax will be added based on your province.
- U.S. customers: Please note that customs duties, VAT, or additional taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
International Shipping:
1. Shipping Charges
- Your shipping cost is based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping charges at checkout.
2. VAT & Customs Duties
- As your order is being shipped internationally, it may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) and/or customs duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the price of your order and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Please check with your local customs office to determine the applicable rates for your country.
3. Additional Fees
- In addition to VAT and duties, there may be administrative fees for processing the customs clearance. These charges vary by country and are outside of our control.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please refer to the shipping details provided for an estimated arrival time.

My items arrived damaged or appears to be tampered with. What should I do?
Please notify me immediately with any problems regarding your order so I can rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your Order Number
- When you received the package
- Details of the damages and photos.
Refund & Exchanges
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Due to certain monitor settings, actual items may not be exactly as shown. Tayboo Boutique strives to provide the best representation in terms in colours and size.
Should you order an item and received the wrong colour, size or style, I will gladly exchange the item for no extra charge.
Claims must be made within 5 days of receiving item(s). Proof must be obtained stating error to be qualified for an exchange. Item(s) must be returned, at customer expense, in original condition and approved before replacement is sent. Return shipping expense will not be reimbursed unless in the extremely rare case you were sent the wrong order.
Tayboo Boutique is committed to providing the utmost quality in products and customer service. Should you feel unsatisfied with your item(s), returns are acceptable within the following terms:
- Items must be in it's original condition (packaging, labels and tags intact).
- A claim must be filed within 5 days of receiving item(s)
- Refunds, less shipping and handling, will take a few days to be processed
Purchased items in your possession for over 5 days will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.
